Goosemire Cottages have a new addition to their portfolio of lake district cottages and self catering apartments. The Loft is a one bedroomed first floor self contained apartment in a converted Coach House and Stables in the centre of Bowness, with good views of the Claife Heights fells and glimpses of lake Windermere.

Tea Party with Peter Rabbit

If you have booked one of our self catering cottages or apartments for February half-term why not take the family along to The World of Beatrix Potter in Bowness on Windermere on Thursday 16th February and enjoy a tea party lunch with Peter Rabbit. The party starts at 1pm and includes a lunch of sandwiches, crisps and cakes, a special guest of honour who will read The Tales of Peter Rabbit, and entry into the main attraction.
